1. Definitions and service

FakeRich is a virtual aspirational shopping and collecting simulator. A piece is a catalog item represented in the service; a variant is its particular color, material or other configuration. A virtual acquisition adds a variant to your account collection. The wallet holds fictional FakeRich currency.

The service currently offers a catalog, virtual wallet and checkout, collection, cart, saved pieces, a Dream Piece, challenges, Daily Reward and Daily Quiz. It has no real-money checkout, physical sales, shipping, subscriptions or cash-out.

2. Technical requirements and accounts

You need a compatible browser and internet connection. Register with email and password, or Google sign-in where available. Google authentication is provided by Google; you remain responsible for your Google account. You must be at least 16 and confirm this when joining. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Account creation requires acceptance of the current mandatory Terms version. We may require a fresh acceptance when material changes warrant it. The Privacy Policy describes data processing separately; acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to that processing.

3. Acceptable use

Use FakeRich lawfully and do not interfere with security, other accounts or service availability. Do not automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate rewards or wallet balances, upload unlawful content, or infringe another party’s rights. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse or a material breach, subject to applicable rights.

4. Virtual wallet, catalog and acquisitions

FakeRich currency is fictional. It has no monetary value and is not legal tender, electronic money, cryptocurrency or a deposit. It cannot currently be bought, withdrawn, transferred for real money, redeemed for cash or redeemed for physical products. Displayed values and prices are simulations within FakeRich, not binding offers for physical products.

Catalog images, descriptions, products and variants are representations for play. A virtual acquisition does not buy or reserve a physical item, transfer title to physical goods, create shipping or delivery rights, create a contract with a real-world brand, or entitle you to exchange it for a physical item. The virtual checkout debits your fictional wallet and records the variant in your closet. Items may be added to a cart even when the wallet cannot cover checkout.

5. Collection and activities

Your closet shows acquired variants. Saved pieces and a Dream Piece help plan a collection. Challenges, Daily Reward and Daily Quiz can grant fictional wallet rewards under their displayed rules. We may correct technical errors or abuse affecting virtual state while respecting applicable rights.

6. Availability, changes and termination

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may experience downtime. We will communicate material changes where appropriate. You can close your account through Privacy & Data. Closing it removes access and normally deletes account-associated game state; information may be retained only where a valid legal reason applies. We may terminate or suspend accounts for serious breaches or security reasons, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and third parties

FakeRich content and software are subject to applicable rights. These Terms do not grant a license to reuse catalog imagery or software beyond ordinary service use. Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners. References do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated. This statement is not an IP license.

8. Complaints and contact

Send service complaints electronically to [email protected]. Describe the issue and the account or transaction involved without sending your password. We handle complaints without undue delay and in accordance with deadlines required by applicable law. Privacy requests go to [email protected].

9. Liability, consumer rights and law

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. FakeRich does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Any limits on liability apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These Terms do not displace mandatory protections or your right to bring a claim in the forum provided by applicable law.
